Return Policy

For exchanges or refunds, you can return the product within 90 days. Return the unopened item with the original purchase receipt from IKEA.

If the exchange or refund criteria are not fully met, we reserve the right to refuse the exchange or refund. This policy is in addition to IKEA's commercial guarantee.

We want to make sure that other customers can enjoy the products you return. That's why some of our products cannot be returned :
  • Products whose packaging has been opened or damaged after being received by the customer.
  • Products that have been assembled
  • Products that your use has damaged
  • Custom-made products such as kitchen countertops, cut fabrics, and cut curtains
  • Used/opened textiles, mattresses, and mattress pads
  • Plants and food products
  • Home electronic appliances
  • As-Is products
  • The 90-day return policy does not apply to promotional product purchases of more than six units/articles/transaction

90 days Love Your Mattress

Terms and conditions
  • Exchange your mattress within 90 days if you don’t love it and try out a new one.
  • Provided mattress with no dirty, marked, damaged, misuse or abused or cleaned using the wrong cleaning methods or cleaning products.
  • Valid for 90 days from purchase receipt date for IKEA mattresses applies to household use only 
  • These products are excluded: JESSHEIM futon mattress, RAHOLT guest mattress, all mattress toppers, sofa bed mattresses and children mattresses
  • Limited to one exchange/return per customer per purchase
  • The guarantee applies to the original purchaser and cannot used by anyone else
  • For any differences on price from one mattress to another, extras will be refund and will following current refund T&C and vice versa.

Online shopping Returns & refund

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, return the unopened item within 90 days with a copy of your Order Confirmation email. We will refund the price you paid for the item and credit the refund amount to your credit/account to which you made the payment.

We will not refund any delivery and assembly costs you have paid if you request to return the item delivered to your home. And based on our evaluation of the item's condition, we will refund the product value.

In-store

Return for free at any IKEA store. You will need to take all of the unopened and unused item in its original package, together with a copy of your Order Confirmation email.

Pick-up point

Return for free at our Pick-up point.

By parcel

You can return the unopened and unused item in its original package in order to effect a refund. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods, You can send them back to us via parcel, please contact us for a solution.




Missing, damaged, or incomplete orders

Sometimes things don't go as planned. If your order arrived incomplete, contained damaged products, or didn't even show up, we're here to help

Visit your closest store

Regardless of your issue, you can always visit any IKEA store and we will find a solution for you. If your item is damaged, bring you the damaged item and proof of purchase. If you are missing an item, bring your order confirmation.
