1. Register

Schedule a consultation with a co-worker and list your project and our co-worker will be in touch shortly.

2. Measurement

Provide existing measurements, or use our measurement service with fees starting from IDR 500,000/100m2.

3. Meeting session

You can schedule an appointment with our interior designer either online or offline consultation at our store.

2. Design work can begin once the space is ready for occupancy or cleared of all construction, mechanical, electrical, and finishing work.​
3. We want to make sure your dream space is well realized. So that the incoming registration will refer to the schedule and the number of coworkers who will be responsible for each project, so there will be a queuing system and take turns.​
4. Consultation hours for our interior design service are Monday to Friday, 10:00 - 17:00 WIB/WITA*, with special requests accommodated through arrangements with our team. Hours may vary by store.​
5. Consultations are available both online and in-person at all IKEA Indonesia stores.
6. IKEA reserves the right to adjust terms and conditions in line with each store’s policies.

1. What is the price for IKEA interior design services

​​​

The interior design service fee is IDR 100,000/m², with a minimum of IDR 1,500,000 for 15m². Example: If your room is 10m², then the minimum fee charged is IDR 1,500,000. If the room is more than 15m², the fee will be calculated based on IDR 100,000 per square meter according to the total size of the room.

2. What is included in the interior design service fee?​​​​

The interior design service fee includes, consultation sessions, both online and offline, at all IKEA Indonesia stores with an interior designer. Consultation results in the form of a presentation draft containing moodboards, style recommendations, tailored advice, 2D plans and views, furniture and lighting recommendations. Complete shopping list with overall cost estimation, as well as special promos.

3. How long does the design process take and what are the stages?

Generally, there are 3 stages within the operating hours of Monday - Friday, 10:00 am - 5:00 pm GMT*:​
Initial stage (First meeting): An introduction and understanding of your space and needs.​
Second stage (Second Meeting): Visualization of the results of the initial discussion as outlined in the design concept presentation and 3D visualization.​
Third stage (Final meeting): Submission of detailed drawings and a shopping list complete with estimated costs, which you can immediately transact.​
Delivery and assembly stage: This is the final stage after the design is approved; the product is ready to be delivered and assembled until the space is ready for occupancy.​
The duration of the process depends on the size and number of rooms being designed. The larger and more spaces, the longer the duration. However, our co-workers will discuss with you to determine the best time.
All appointments can be made online or offline at all IKEA Indonesia stores. *Operating hours are subject to change at the discretion of each store.

4. Can the designer come to the project site to take measurements?

Currently, space design and project information consultation sessions can be conducted online or offline at all IKEA Indonesia stores. If you do not have your own space measurement, we provide measurement service at IDR 500,000/100m² for JABODETABEK, Bandung, Surabaya, and Bali area with 60 km radius. For areas above 100m², an additional fee of IDR 5,000/m² will be charged up to a maximum limit of IDR 800,000.​
