Parcel service is only applicable for online buyable products with package size smaller than 100cm x 50cm x 50cm, and weight per-order is below 10 kg.
Customers’ order is expected to arrive at the selected Indomaret store within 7 working days.
Customers to collect their order within 5 days after receiving information or notification from Indomaret.
Customers are required to show proof of SMS notification from Indomaret to collect their goods.
If customers don't pick up the product within 5 days, product will be returned to IKEA warehouse on the day 7th.
IKEA Indonesia will refund for any unclaimed item (excl.delivery fee). Customers need to re-purchase again.
Customers must check the package during collection of the package, and ensure the package received is in good condition.
Customers need to report to IKEA Indonesia for any loss and damaged item within 72 hours.
IKEA Indonesia is not responsible for any delay in the delivery and/or consequential loss including and without limitation to any commercial, financial and other indirect losses including losses incurred in transportation or delivery arising from matters beyond IKEA's supervisory capacity including damage due to Force Majeure, such as including but not limited to continuous rain, earthquakes, natural disasters, riots, floods, pandemics/epidemics, wars, coups, insurrections, Government policies and any other causes beyond IKEA’s control.
