Our service

By choosing Cash on Delivery payment method, you can pay for your order in cash at the time the goods are received.
  1. Coverage Area: Jabodetabek.
  2. Maximum purchase Rp 1.000.000.
  3. COD payments (cash on delivery) must be paid in cash directly to the courier and cannot be paid in installments.
  4. Orders cannot be opened/tried before payment is complete.
  5. Payment is subjected to a COD service fee of 2% of product value.
  6. If the item damaged / unproper, customer may request a return of product through IKEA customer service, not via courier delivery.
  7. Return requests can only be made after receiving confirmation from IKEA. IKEA customer service will schedule the collection of the damaged items and send the replacement items.
  8. COD service fee is non- refundable.
  9. Payment method using COD cannot be combined with assembly service.
  10. Not available for same day delivery, assembly, Click & Collect / Pick-Up Point and Indomaret pick-up transaction.
FAQ
COD (Cash on Delivery) or (Pay cash upon receive) is a choice of payment method provided by IKEA, where the customer can make cash payments at the time the goods are received.
    All verified IKEA customers who live in areas that have been supported by the COD service, according to terms and conditions. currently valid in the Jabodetabek area.
      When a Customer checkouts, select the COD (Pay cash upon receive) payment method, Click Pay. Wait for the courier to deliver the order and then pay the cash according to the bill to the courier.
        The total cost to be paid is rounded up. Example: If the total purchase is IDR 374,874, customer will pay IDR 375,000.
          The maximum purchase of the COD payment method is IDR 1,000,000.
            Currently COD is only supported for regular delivery. COD is not valid for Same Day Delivery, Click and Collect and Indomaret pick-up.
              COD payment method cannot be combined with assembly or installation services. However, customers can still order assembly and installation services via IKEA CS Whatsapp +62811-1300-2242.
                You will get a notification email when the product has been delivered by courier.
                  If you are unable to receive your delivery, please call us at 021-29853900 or whatsapp at +62811-1300-2242 or email to cs@ikea.co.id to reschedule a new delivery date. A Re-Attendance fee shall apply for the next delivery attempt.

                      For now, COD payments feature are only valid in the JABODETABEK area (Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi).
