A time of giving

Greeting with a gift is a reliable way to get off to a good start. When it’s the season for giving – and your entire home looks gift-wrapped – there’s all the more reason.

Make preparations (but don’t overdo them)     

Once you turn your living room into a makeshift bedroom, it can feel overly private. Therefore it can be a good idea to prepare for the night, but leave the last bits to your guest. That way you can still use the sofa bed as seating during the evening.
