Free Mattress & Bed Frame Removal Service

Buying a new mattress or bed frame but not sure what to do with the old one? Don’t worry! We’ll take care of removing your old, still usable mattress and bed frame for FREE, giving it a second chance. That way, you can enjoy the comfort of your new bed without any hassle! 

Terms and conditions
  • Promotion valid from 5th September 2024 - 3 November 2024 in IKEA Alam Sutera, IKEA Sentul City, IKEA Jakarta Garden City, IKEA Mall Taman Anggrek, IKEA Kota Baru Parahyangan, IKEA Surabaya, IKEA Bali, online: www.IKEA.co.id, IKEA Indonesia app and WA orders.
  • Free mattress removal service limited for coverage within 60 km from Jabodetabek, Bandung, Surabaya, Bali stores & online purchase. Scheduled will be assigned based on availability.
  • Minimum purchase 2 mio. One free mattress and bed frame removal service is valid with one mattress purchase (limited mattress promo). Please submit your IKEA original receipt.
  • The mattress and bed frame are still in usable condition. 
    (Eligible: mattress, mattress + bed frame, bedframe. The mattress is not torn apart, in stable condition)
    (Not eligible: only the bed based / spring bed, only the headboard. The mattress is torn apart, not in stable condition)
  • The free mattress and bedframe removal service excludes domestic waste, building debris, household waste, etc.
  • Please order the service from our co-workers in the store or contact Customer Service online purchases at +6221-2985-3900 / WhatsApp at +62811-1300-2242 by providing the order number and photo of the mattress and bedframe in usable condition.
  • An additional fee will be charged if the pick-up is made in a building with more than 3 floors.
  • IKEA reserves the right to cancel orders if they do not comply with the terms and conditions that apply to this program and the terms and conditions listed on www.IKEA.co.id and the IKEA Indonesia App.

What we do

Our commitment is to ensure sustainability is part of our everyday work. That’s why when we deliver your new IKEA furniture we’re happy to take the old one away. It makes life a lot easier and helps reduce waste. 

We work together with Yayasan Widhya Asih Bali, Panti Asuhan Dorkas and other non-profit organisations that will collect, maximise and utilise the resource with minimum possible impact on the environment. The total collected fund will be used to provide a free quality education and other social program for people in need.

Contribution

By contributing Rp129.000 per trip, we will help you remove your old furniture.

By using this service, you have participated to make a change for community and environment. We dearly encourage collection of used furniture is still within usable condition.
